If your clock is faulty (due to manufacturer's fault or mishandling during shipping) within 7 days of receiving the clock, you can send the clock to our office at your own cost, and we will gladly do a one-to-one exchange. Please note that we are unable to pay for any courier charges incurred on your end to deliver the clock to us.


Please note that the warranty does not cover accidental mishandling. Always use a brand new battery to test for full functionality. You are also able to exchange your clock for a higher value clock and do a top-up on the difference within the 7-day grace period.
