We only accept PAYPAL credit card transactions for online orders. You do not require a Paypal account to use your credit card. You may also purchase directly from our office at 134 Jurong Gateway Road #04-309(P) weekdays from 12 pm to 9 pm. All transactions are in SGD currency.
All of our goods are shipped either via Speedpost Worldwide Air Parcel International (for international orders) or Ta Q Bin (for local orders). You may track your parcel at their websites accessible from our order tracking page.

We will pack and ship your item within the same business day (Monday to Friday) upon receiving your online order. Should there be any unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from shipping, you will be informed via email within 2 business days. In a case of any delay due to stock availability, we will contact you via email and gladly offer an option for a full refund via PAYPAL, without incurring any additional surcharges from Paypal. As your order may be subject to your local customs, note that we have no liability for any tax/duties imposed on your purchases.

Flip clocks are extremely fragile. “Dropping blades” are the most common problem. Our company has years of experience and we probably understand the mechanism of flip clocks better than anyone else in the business. We take extreme pride in packing our items for delivery, which makes us totally different from the rest. These are the steps we take to pack a clock when shipping overseas:
1) All clocks will undergo a three-point check list to ensure that all flip blades are in place in the correct position and there are no missing flip blades whatsoever. The working condition of the mechanism and electronics must be new and there should be no physical cosmetic defects like scratches, dents or accidental stains from prints or paints.
2) Once the clock has been checked, we repack in the original packaging with extra bubble wrap, to ensure maximum tightness and protection from any form of mishandling by the shippers. We might place the clock into a larger carton box, which will be filled with additional loose fills, sponge or bubble wrap, OR we simply use bubble wrap to form an extra cushion casing protecting the original box. Ultimately, the final packing will be tight and fully secure.
